Brian Dorsey, MD
Brian received his medical degree from Albany Medical College. Board-certified in internal medicine, he has a special interest in the care of patients with complex medical, behavioral, and social needs.
Elizabeth Woodford, NP
Lower Manhattan, Queens
Elizabeth received two bachelor's degrees and her nursing degree from New York University. An ANCC-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, she has a special interest in geriatric care.
Maria Baez, NP
Upper Manhattan, Bronx
Maria received her bachelor's degree from the University of Rhode Island and her nursing degree from New York University. She is a family nurse practitioner with special interests in elderly care, chronic disease management, and quality improvement.
Meera Kelley, MD
Meera received her master's degree from Carnegie Mellon University and her medical degree from the Northeastern Ohio Medical University. Board-certified in internal medicine, she has an interest in improving health and providing support for vulnerable populations.
Derek Richardson, MD
Derek received his bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia, his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine, and his master's degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. He is a board-certified family physician with a special interest in sports medicine and optimizing chronic diseases by incorporating healthy lifestyle changes. He strives to provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care with compassion and empathy.
